In House Financing
- We offer low in house credit to help finance your
cosmetic enhancements. With instant credit approval,
credit is available immediately. Please Call (806) 687-5757
Spa Check-In - Please
arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment. This
allows time for the necessary paperwork and to start
your relaxation process.
Cancellations - Because the spa services
are reserved for you, we require a credit card or gift
certificate number to secure appointments requiring
two or more services. Any cancellation less than 24
hours in advance will be charged 50% of the services
booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the services
booked.
Health Issues - Please notify us of
any health issues you may have, such as high blood pressure,
heart condition, allergies, pregnancy, or any other
condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.
Parties and Corporate Events
- We will reserve our facilities (including our private
group lobby with kitchenette) and staff to accommodate
bridal showers, corporate events, birthday celebrations,
or friends just getting together for the day. Please
call for details.
Children -
Children are permitted only in the waiting area.
Smoking - Lindsey's Medical Day Spa
is a non-smoking environment. |
